Kitchen Prep Work
Help our kitchen crew create healthy, nutritious meals for our hungry community! Work with our
wonderful group of staff and volunteers to prep ingredients,
serve lunch, and keep our kitchen clean and running smoothly.
We serve lunch every
Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 1 pm. Our kitchen works
throughout the day to prepare, serve, and clean in order to serve lunch to up to 150 people each
day.
Morning 8 am to 10 am • Mid-day 10 am to 12 pm • Afternoon 12 pm to 2 pm
Our kitchen shifts are organized based around our lunch service hour. Volunteers are, of course, very welcome to stay for morning, mid-day, and afternoon times. Individuals who have kitchen safety skills, food handling knowledge, and ability to work in a team are especially needed!
